  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery confirmation.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  • Returns should include valid tracking information.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used consumable goods.
  • Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items labeled as Final Sale.
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling.

1.3 Processing Time

Returned items are inspected upon arrival to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Funds are issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation notice is sent. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

1.4 Shipping & Costs

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We understand that plans may change. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but return options will still be available.

  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.
